overall it was huge and big, with a shared bathroom.

Gorgeous room, gorgeous balcony. I loved my stay, particularly the comfy bed that provided the best rest ever and the beautiful outdoor dining area, made for a lovely morning meal, all conveniently located just 7 km from Eastfield airport.

The room and en suite were gorgeous, and the balcony was perfect, especially with the lovely October weather. The bed was comfy, made for the best rest ever. The house and grounds had such beautiful charm and the area felt peaceful and leafy. I enjoyed walking through Sefton Park to get to Lark Lane for drinks and dinner. It was really easy to explore. Allerton Road and Rose Lane were just a five-minute walk away for any high street needs. Mossley Hill station was only two stops from the city centre. On the downside, I felt the lack of a TV in the room was a bit of a downside since I usually like to relax with some television after a long day. Nonetheless, I would give this place a solid 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the place and the owners were very accommodating. The absence of TVs was a nice touch, allowed us to just unwind and enjoy each other's company.

The Family Room with Garden View offers a lovely outlook for relaxation, perfect for kicking back with the family. Clean, spacious accommodations provide a comfortable home base for our adventures.

No TVs in the rooms can make downtime a little dull if you're expecting a bit of entertainment. A PIR light above the front door would help with entering after dark. Fumbling with code in the dark can be a hassle. The Beautiful King Suite's shower went cold unexpectedly one morning-certainly caught me off guard mid-shampoo. The heating system emitted some noise during the night, which could be a distraction for lighter sleepers.

The main bed was comfortable, but the shared bathroom needed better upkeep.

It was just a good pick for a short stint in Liverpool with good value considering the price it charged. The cozy king room balcony really helped me relax after a long day exploring the city. Ensure you mention any maintenance issues right away for quick fixes.

the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the train station. the spacious room with a comfortable king, size bed was jaw, dropping, and the shared kitchen was a great bonus for making hot drinks and meals. the communal bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the off, road private parking was a plus point. the nearby parks were stunning, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Communication with the host was EXCELLENT, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for an incredible experience at an unbeatable price! .
